Features Of The HSCV-360 Include

  • Industry exclusive 18 month warranty.
  • 200 ft-lbs of torque over the entire RPM range — suitable for diesel engines in excess of 50 litres in displacement and gaseous fuel engines over 200 liters.
  • New compact design saves 8 inches of length compared to the previous model. Improved serviceability — fewer moving parts.
  • New “Universal Starter” allows the same starter to be installed on ANY pocket of the common Frac Engines (CAT3512, Cummins QSK50, QSK60, MTU 12V4000) without any modifications (same part number works with other engines)
  • Universal Starter allows the same starter to be installed on ANY pocket of the common Gas Compression Engines (CAT 3500, CAT 3600, Waukesha VGF, Waukesha VHP, Waukesha 275GL) without any modifications (same part number works with other engines)
  • Integrated “Soft Start” allows complete protection of the engine ring gear and starter pinion by “pre-engaging” the pinion, eliminating the shock load of a typical hydraulic starter. Because of the friction clutch drive and soft start it offers high level of protection against operator error (ie; engaging into a running engine).
  • Severe duty gear type hydraulic motors which resist damage to contamination and have an extremely long service life. Maintenance, if required, is simple and cost effective.
  • Simple, cost effective maintenance of the starter end with no need for special or proprietary tools.
  • More than adequate torque to start any engine even in -40 degree weather.
  • Standard side and rear hydraulic ports, offering installation flexibility.
  • Standard case drain for motor protection
  • Standard weep holes indicate internal seal failure
  • Available with a factory installed 12v or 24v ON/OFF valve, with included built-in hydraulic system protection and manual override.
  • Available engineering support from the factory on special projects and hydraulic system mapping.
